    K-1 Fiance(e) Visa

    K-1 Visas are issued to fiance(e)s of Unites States Citizens. After the petition is approved, your fiance(e) can obtain a K-1 visa issued at a U.S. Consulate abroad. If your fiance(e) has unmarried children, who are under age 21, they can come with him/her to the United States with a K-2 Visa which is automatically granted upon the granting of your fiance(e)'s K-1 Visa.
