Invitation Letter to visit USA for Business Purposes

(Instructions)

  1. Download application form ( Adobe PDF Format ), fill out (English ONLY) and signe.
  2. Money order or, check payable to "Document processing Center" (DPC) or Credit card charge authorization form (MS Word Format or Adobe PDF Format ) for the amount of $125.00 - for 10 business days processing, $150.00 - for 3 days and $200.00 - for the next day.
  3. Fax the above documents to: (212) 233-0916
  4. On the basis of the Application Form we will prepare the Invitation Letter and send it to you by mail.
