By agreeing to the following you accept and acknowledge that:

Section I: General Information

1.1 A&M Logos International, Inc., its agents, employees, advisors and representatives are not acting as your attorney and cannot provide you with legal advice.

1.2 While you may find the use of our services to be beneficial, as with all important business matters, A&M Logos International, Inc. strongly recommends that you seek legal counsel competent to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction to review any documents that you or your corporation may adopt.

1.3 A&M Logos International, Inc. does not bare the responsibility for any mistakes, inaccuracies or any other faux pas made by you or anyone acting on your behalf in the information provided to us which may result in any damages, losses or delays of processing.

•  Terms “our”, “ours”, “we”, “us” shall hereby refer to A&M Logos International, Inc.

•  Term “you”, “they” shall hereby refer to the viewer, customer, or potential client of A&M Logos International, Inc.

Section II: Information Collection

2.1 A&M Logos International, Inc. only collects Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from you if you choose to provide this information to us.

2.2 Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected with your consent may include, but is not limited to, name, mailing and credit card billing address(es), telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, TIN/EIN, driver's license number, date and place of birth or other vital event, credit card number, demographic information such as gender or ethnicity, information about parents or spouses which may be associated with a vital event, marital statuses, information relating to any orders you place, or any inquires you may make through our web site. We do not share, sell, rent or trade Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with third parties for their promotional purposes .

2.3 A&M Logos International, Inc. reserves the right to request additional Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when required for further processing of your documents.

Section III: Refund Policy and Payment

3.1 Terms “payment”, “compensation”, “paid” shall hereby refer to monetary amount paid for the requested service and shall amount to not less than 50% (fifty percent) of the invoiced amount for the request to be considered contracted.

3.2 Term “Invoiced amount” shall hereby refer to the actual amount for the services requested by you, which may be provided to you via e-mail reply from A&M Logos International, Inc., its agent, employee, advisor and representative or through an actual invoice, printed or electronic copy. The fee provided via our online system shall not be considered as “Invoiced amount” and shall be disregarded for payment purposes.

3.3 Term “Timely manner” shall hereby refer to the period of 24 (twenty four) hours after the payment have been received by A&M Logos International, Inc.

3.4 Payments via wire, bank or any other transfers, including but not limited to Western Union and Money Gram, shall be considered received on the date the funds are debited to the account of A&M Logos International, Inc or withdrawn from the appropriate transferring authority including, but not limited to Western Union and Money Gram.

3.5 A&M Logos International, Inc. reserves the right to decline a refund request in cases when the documents processed by A&M Logos International, Inc. were not accepted due to the fact that mistakes were found in the body of the document made by the owner of the document (1.3 A&M Logos International, Inc. does not bare the responsibility for any mistakes, inaccuracies or any other faux pas made by you or anyone acting on your behalf in the information provided to us which may result in any damages, losses or delays of processing)

3.6 A&M Logos International, Inc. reserves the right to issue a partial refund* when the customer decides that they no longer require such document in instances when the cancelation request was placed in a timely manner.

3.6.1 A&M Logos International, Inc reserves the right to withhold the appropriate fee for all the processes and services, including preparation, drafting, and other processing services performed prior to cancelation.

3.7 A&M Logos International, Inc. reserves the right to decline a refund request after all requested services were performed.

3.8 Disassembling, damaging or by any means tampering or altering documents may and will result in a decline of refund request.

Section IV: Processing and turnaround time

4.1 All processing and turnaround times provided by A&M Logos International, Inc., its agents, employees, advisors and representatives are only estimate and may not and shall not be considered as guarantee. Personal and/or corporate documents issued by the Governmental Agencies are subject to processing time by the corresponding agency/agencies, thus are subject to any delays imposed by such agencies.

4.2 A&M Logos International, Inc., shall not be responsible for any delays in processing, if such delay has been imposed by the government agencies as described in section 4.1 above.

Section V: Making a contract with A&M Logos International, Inc.

5.1 When you place an order with A&M Logos International, Inc., through our online system you are making an offer to contract services of A&M Logos International, Inc. Thereafter, you shall receive an auto confirmation e-mail as an acknowledgement of your interest in contracting our services.

5.2 Any orders placed through our online system are acknowledged only as your interest to contract our services and may not be considered as a contract of service.

5.3 The contract of services shall take effect on the date when A&M Logos International, Inc received compensation for the requested services as described in section 3 article 1 (3.1), section 3 article 2 (3.2) and section 3 article 4 (3.4) collectively.

5.4 If the order was placed through our online system and was never paid for as described in section 3 article 1 (3.1), section 3 article 2 (3.2) and section 3 article 4 (3.4) collectively, such order will be considered as non-existent by A&M Logos International, Inc.

Section VI: Mail and Express Couriers

6.1. A&M Logos International, Inc. does not bear any responsibilities for any damages, losses or delays resulted from actions of the Mail or Courier services.

* Select agency locations may have non-refundable processing fees that will still be charged even if the order is canceled
