FAQ / Are there any limitations on frequency of filing K-1 Fiance (e) visa petitions? Last year I filed K-1 Fiance (e) visa petition for my ex-fiancee, it was approved, my fiancee came here, but we broke up

Can I file Fiance (e) visa petitions again?
It’s applicable to everybody who has filed two or more K-1 visa petitions at any time in the past or previously had a K-1 visa petition approved within two years from filing another K-1 Fiance (e) visa petition (even for the same person).
To request a waiver you must submit a written request with your K-1 Fiance (e) visa petition accompanied by documentation of your claim to the waiver. You may be granted such waiver if you don’t have any record of violent criminal offenses.
