NEWS / Lincoln Man Charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine


United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that on November 22, 2011, an indictment was unsealed charging Vitaly Petrov Revenkov, 38, of Lincoln, Nebraska, with conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine between May of 2010 and July of 2011. Revenkov had his first court appearance on November 22, 2011, and the case was set for trial beginning on February 13, 2012. Revenkov was ordered detained pending trial.

If convicted, Revenkov faces a minimum term of imprisonment of 10 years and a maximum of life imprisonment and a fine of up to $10,000,000. Following any prison term, he would serve at least five years on supervised release

This case was investigated by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force.
