Invitation Letter to visit USA for Business Purposes
Order by mail
(Instructions)

  1. Download application form ( Adobe PDF Format ), fill out (English ONLY) and signe.
  2. Money order or, check payable to "Document processing Center" (DPC) or Credit card charge authorization form (MS Word Format or Adobe PDF Format ) for the amount of $125.00 - for 10 business days processing, $150.00 - for 3 days and $200.00 - for the next day.
  3. Self-addressed stamped envelope for return mail or prepaid Express Mail envelope, in case, the order is urgent
  4. Please send the above documents to:
    "Document Processing Center"
    26 ROBERTS RD. ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ 07632
  5. On the basis of the Application Form we will prepare the Invitation Letter and send it to you by mail.
