There are several ways this may be accomplished: 1. Online using the government authorized online ordering system to obtain the Vital records. 2. In person in your county or state marriage registry 3. By mail or online using a third party service provider Depending on your circumstances some of the options may not be available. Keep in mind that some states also, offer commemorative certificates for your own records. Such documents are not to be used for apostille purposes.
