Patrick, a U.S. citizen, was found to be in Guatemala illegally. He was detained and subsequently deported by Guatemalan authorities back to the United States.

Patrick entered the U.S. in Houston, Texas, today where U.S. Marshals arrested him on the outstanding warrant for murder issued by the State of Alaska. Patrick is awaiting extradition from Harris County, Texas.
